First Batch Of Resistance 3 DLC Air Drops October 4
A new multiplayer game mode is coming to Insomniac Games' latest shooter.
Sony revealed the new competitive mode, called Invasion, on the PlayStation blog. It sounds very much like Battelfield's conquest mode – both teams must stretch their forces to gain and maintain control of various nodes scattered across the map. The longer you hold your position, the more points you generate for your side.
The $3.99 Survival Pack DLC also includes four new skins for the survivors and a static cross media bar theme for those who want to fly their Resistance 3 flags high. In addition to the DLC pack, Sony is also releasing a game patch on October 4 that includes two new multiplayer maps.
