NHL 12 Demo Takes The Ice Today
Bruins fans can relive the glory of their Cup win while Canucks fans can right wrongs in the NHL 12 demo out today on Xbox Live and PlayStation Network*. It not only features both teams recast in the third period of last season's Stanley Cup Final, but you can also get a look at the game's new jostling system in front of the net and some other new features.
The demo lets you play in the Play Now, Be a Pro, and Ultimate Team modes. Be a Pro now includes a simulation option to fast-forward to your next shift (as well as a dynamic replay system that charts goals, hits, and shots taken), while the demo's version of Ultimate Team lets you get free packs for use in the retail version if you invite a friend to download the demo themselves.
