Rumor: Sonic CD Coming To Xbox Live Arcade
It looks like Microsoft's Major Nelson spilled the beans on Sega's big PAX announcement.
The official Xbox blogger posted Microsoft's many scheduled events and activities at PAX and nestled away in the middle somewhere is Sega's unannounced project.

Mass Effect 3 has landed… in the Xbox 360 booth! Come on by to check it out, along with a slew of Xbox LIVE Arcade titles: Trials Evolution, Skulls of the Shogun, Crimson Alliance, Splatters, Orcs Must Die, Ms. Splosion Man, Retro City Rampage, Sonic CD, War of the Worlds and Trine 2."
This title seems to get left out of the many Sonic re-releases over the years so it's good for it to finally get its due. And we only have to wait a few days until it's officially confirmed...or not.
