Sony Announces New President For Euro Branch

Today Sony kicked off its Gamescom press conference with news of a regime change. Sony Europe's current president and CEO Andrew House will be heading to Tokyo, leaving deputy president Jim Ryan in charge.

House passed the metaphorical torch on stage to Jim Ryan, who in addition to being the new president and CEO for Sony Europe, will also be leading the rest of the company's press conference. Neither man discussed the change in any more detail, but we offer our congratulations to both parties on their new positions.
