Batman: Arkham City Coming In 3D

Players will be able to experience the game in 3D over the 360, PS3, and PC when it comes out.

The game comes out October 18, and when it does, those with the appropriate TVs and gear (active shutter glasses) can play the game in 3D, if they want. The feature is available in both stereoscopic 3D and anaglyphic 3D, depending on your setup.
