Xbox 360 S Says Goodbye Gloss, Hello Matte Finish
Console manufacturers want their fancy electronics to catch the eye, and there’s a good chance that’s why Microsoft went with a flashy black gloss finish for the slim Xbox 360. Now Microsoft is doing away with the gloss for the skinny consoles and slapping a flat matte finish on them.
It will take awhile before Microsoft can replace all the Xbox 360s with the matte finish, so you’ve still got some time to secure a shiny, fingerprint-friendly console if you act quickly.
Allow me to ask the really important question: Do you prefer matte or gloss finishes for your electronics?
