Update Coming To ESPN Xbox 360 App This August

The worldwide leader in sports plans to upgrade its Xbox 360 experience with some fan favorite features.

According to USA Today, ESPN and Microsoft are planning an update with several new enhancements. If you're a serious fan of a few teams across several sports, you can collect all the programming and news about them onto a new "My Sports" channel to make sure you never miss a transaction or highlight. College football and basketball fans will also benefit from the split-screen support that allows you to watch two games simultaneously.

Live alerts, a news ticker, and a mini guide are also planned.
