If you pay attention to our monthly stories on the game industry's NPD sales charts, you might notice that a certain non-Call of Duty game never seems to leave the top ten. That game would be Ubisoft's Just Dance 2. We knew that it sold like hotcakes, but we had no idea how massive the title was. Today, Ubisoft confirmed that the game has become the best-selling third-party Wii title.

To date, Just Dance 2 has sold a whopping 14 MILLION copies. Just let that sink in for a second. That puts it up with the Call of Duties and Grand Theft Autos of the industry, and likely even more profitable because its development costs are so much lower.

We'll be interested to see if the upcoming Just Dance 3, which takes the series multi-platform for the first time, can live up to the performance of its predecessor.
