Lionhead Studios Working On A Top Secret Project

by Ben Reeves on Jun 30, 2011 at 10:54 AM

Lionhead developer and industry chatterbox Peter Molyneux has revealed that he has a secret game in development.

Today, during the Gamelab conference in Barcelona, Molyneux let slip that Lionhead is still working on a super secret second project being developed alongside the Kinect title Fable: The Journey.

We wonder if this secret game is different than the Milo & Kate demo from last year’s E3, because, according to Games Industry, Molyneux mentioned that Fable: The Journey is actually using “huge amounts" of tech left over from Milo & Kate.

Molyneux also took the opportunity to talk up the player's horse in Fable: The Journey. "This horse is one of the most amazing things we've ever created. He's going to have so much feeling for you. Think about combining the creature from Black and White, the dog from Fable, and my hamster from when I was a child.

"I definitely want to make you cry," Molyneux added. "I want there to be a lump in your throat. I want you to remember this for the rest of your life. Why would I want to make a game that didn't do that?"
