Xenosaga Creators Working On A Wii U Game

by Ben Reeves on Jun 24, 2011 at 02:01 PM

A couple of years ago, Nintendo bought controlling interest in Xenosaga development house Monolith Soft. The studio released Xenoblade Chronicles for the Wii last year in Japan, but the game still hasn't made it's way to the states. Now, it seems, development has shifted over to Nintendo’s new Wii U system.

Monolith Soft hasn’t announced any office Wii U game, but the company’s recruitment page says that the studio is looking for an effect designers who can create battle effects, a motion designer for battle scenes, and an experienced 2D designer who can draw mecha. Sounds like the studio is working on another sci-fi epic.
