Peter Molyneux’s E3 Badge Being Sold For Charity

by Tim Turi on Jun 20, 2011 at 03:24 PM

E3 is in many ways the Mecca of gaming. It’s a promised land filled with flashing lights, loud music, industry icons, and the hottest upcoming games. Getting into the event is difficult if you’re not in the game industry, but stop over to eBay and you can own a piece of it forever. One item, Peter Molyneux’s badge, is being sold for charity.

Website Eggplante asked the creator of Fable for his badge, telling him it was for charity. Allegedly Molyneux took off the Zelda-branded lanyard because he works for Microsoft, and they don’t like advertising for Nintendo. He also signed it and wrote “It’s not on rails,” a reference to Fable: The Journey, a game many people mistakenly thought was on rails after the a demo was given.

Are any of you interested in owning a piece of E3 2011?
