Do you dream of going to Disneyland, but hate long lines, crying babies, and creepy adults dressed as giant animals? Now you can take a virtual trip of the iconic amusement park from your living room.
Microsoft demonstrated the new Kinect title, Disneyland Adventures, by first panning around the park -- Disney says the entirety of Disneyland has been faithfully recreated. In addition to touring the Magic Kingdom, there will also be numerous mini-games, including a Kinect Adventures-esque coin collecting game where players fly through the air like Peter Pan, and another event that placed the two children demoing the game in hamster balls for Alice to knock around Wonderland with a croquet mallet. The games looked pretty simplistic, but Disney's large cast of iconic characters should keep kids and classic cartoon fans happy.
