Fantastic Four Joins Pinball FX 2/Marvel Pinball
Marvel's first family has a new dimension to conquer -- the pinball table.
Zen Studios has sent along word that the Marvel tables that have been so popular in recent months are getting an addition. Whether you play on PS3 as Marvel Pinball or Xbox 360 as Pinball FX 2, the Fantastic Four table will be available for purchase and play on May 17th for PSN and May 18th for XBLA.
We had a chance to put the new table through its paces, and its quality is right up there with the other tables that have released within the Marvel suite. Fun visualization of all the major characters, from Mr. Fantastic to Dr. Doom, stand about and occasionally come to life to interact with the action. Missions are activated through the Baxter Building. There's even a cool image of Galactus in the far background that comes to life in the most dire of circumstances.
We can't wait to spend more time with the table, which you can get a sneak peek of in the trailer below. In the meantime, it looks like we need to improve our skills on the recently released Mars table. See you at the tournament!
