A First Look At The Monsters Of Torchlight II

If the recent Xbox Live Arcade release of Torchlight has you jonesing for news on the sequel, I've got your first fix right here. Developer Runic Games has released a bunch of info on the first batch of monstrous opponents you'll be facing in the dungeons of Torchlight II.

Six beasts, including the manticore (pictured above), the gargoyle, and a spectral dragon are highlighted on the Torchlight II website. The site includes write-ups of each creature as well as some beautiful concept art.

When can we expect more information? Well, according to the post, Runic will be releasing more info on Torchlight II every other week until E3. We're also told that the game itself will be shown in some capacity at E3, so look for impressions from us then.
