Sword & Sworcery Soundtrack Available Tuesday
If you have a Twitter account, there's a good chance your feed has recently been inundated by the #sworcery hash tag. The 8-bit inspired iPad adventure game, Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery EP, has gotten a lot of buzz for its unique style, social networking flair (you can tweet the bite-sized story to show off your progress), and memorable soundtrack by Jim Guthrie. Fans will be able to download the soundtrack, Sword & Sworcery LP: The Ballad of the Space Babies, on April 5.
The soundtrack will be available as digital download with bonus songs on Bandcamp for $7.99 and iTunes for $8.99. There is a $30 special edition 12" vinyl up for sale as well that will include a special print and downloadable version.
If you don't have an iPad and want to see what the fuss is about, Sword & Sworcery will also be released on iPhone and iPod Touch some time this month.
