This Is Gilgamesh In Dissidia 012: Final Fantasy

Along with Chocobos and Bahamut, Gilgamesh is a recurring character across the Final Fantasy series. He's a major character in some games, and just a bit player in others. In Dissidia 012, Gilgamesh is a playable character...and this is what he looks like.

Japanese gaming site Famitsu has a new gallery of images featuring the mighty swordsman, including the close-up above. Check out the link to see him in more cutscene and battle action.

As a side note, here's my favorite thing about Gilgamesh in his many Final Fantasy appearances. Among all of his legendary swords, he has one called "Excalipoor," which is so weak that it only does a mere 1 point of damage.
