Grateful Dead Game Coming In August

Developer Curious Sense is making an "online virtual world based on the music and culture of the Grateful Dead" according to USA Today.

The company is combing through the jam band's catalog for ideas on environments, characters, and gameplay. As far as music play goes, don't expect the traditional. "I know that I want to create the ability for players to feel like they are playing in the band. That they are sort of jamming with them, but in a way that is different from a way that is done in Rock Band or Guitar Hero," Curious Sense founder Adam Blumenthal tells USA Today.
