Tron: Evolution Developer Propaganda Games Shut Down
Bizzare Creations isn't the only studio facing dire news today. Disney has closed down Propaganda Games, the team behind the disappointing Tron: Evolution game adaptation.
Joystiq got confirmation of the closure earlier today. Propaganda's promising Pirates of the Caribbean: Armada of the Damned was canceled in October, likely an early sign of trouble brewing for the studio.
It seems like Propaganda was not delivering the level of quality Disney wants for its games, but I have to wonder what this means for the publisher's recent push into this industry. Is Disney giving up on becoming a serious contender in the video game space, or is this just a step to clean house and focus on releasing better products?
