The Last Story Japanese Commercial

Final Fantasy creator, Hironobu Sakaguchi, is currently working on The Last Story for Nintendo. Does it stand up to the man’s epic legacy? Get a glimpse of the game in this Japanese commercial.

The Last Story releases in Japan on January 27, so we’ll probably start hearing more about the game soon. Unless you speak Japanese the trailer won’t make a lot of since to you, but it’s more fun to ad lib the story anyway. The graphics look pretty good for a Wii title, but honestly the trailer doesn’t do much to make the game look like it’s worth play, and if Hironobu Sakaguchi wasn’t behind this title I don’t think I’d be that interested. Hopefully as more information begins to trickle out that will change.

On the other hand, Destructoid is reporting that the game won't have shake controls, which I'm all for. Seems like every Wii game requires those these days
