New Metal Gear In The Works?
Metal Gear Solid 4 may have ended the tale of Solid Snake, but the series is far from over. According to a job posting from Kojima Productions, the studio may be looking to hire production staff for the next entry in the long-running franchise.
According to a translation from andriasang, the job posting is for positions covering level design, 3D character modeling, and "people who are interested in conducting research into next generation CG." It also specifies that programmers with experience on PC/PS3/Xbox 360 are desired.
It's possible that this is just the studio staffing up to get Rising out the door, but the fact that the job posting says "next generation Metal Gear Solid series production staff" makes it sound like more than a single title.
