GTA IV Hack Makes Cars Frictionless, Game Terrifying
An excuse to revisit GTA IV is always a good thing, but the prospect of playing it like this kinda terrifies us. It turns out that if you make a couple slight alterations to the handling.dat file of the PC version of the game, you can remove friction from the vehicles. What does that mean? Well, it means you won't go more than a few seconds without a few tons of steel flying straight at Niko's noggin.
Check out the video below to watch what appears to be a terrifying version of the apocalypse. It does make me wonder, however...would it even be possible to beat the game like this? Missions where you have to protect cars or chase enemies would be nearly impossible, but I'm sure it would be good for plenty of laughs.
