Kinect Learns To Drive. Seriously, It's Driving

A team at the University of Bundeswehr in Munich has taught Microsoft’s Kinect sensor how to drive RC cars. Do we have to worry about it cruising around the city trying to pick up chicks now?

Using software from DARPA, Michael Schweitzer and Michael Himmelsbach from the University of Bundeswehr hooked a Kinect unit up to a remote controlled car and set it loose in their workshop. Check out the video below. Then lock you doors. Who knows what kind of mischief Kinect is going to get up to now that it’s mobile.
