VUDU Video Service Launching On PSN

While one could question the need for another video service on the PlayStation Network, it’s hard to get up in arms over options. Sony recently announced that the HD movie streaming service VUDU will launch on PSN for U.S. users next week, joining the catalog native to PlayStation Network, Hulu Plus, and Netflix.

VUDU is a pay-as-you-go service, meaning no subscription is necessary. Come launch day, all users will need to do is download the app and then access it from the video XMB bar.
