Ubisoft Delays Ghost Recon: Future Soldier, Driver: San Francisco Again

by Matt Bertz on Nov 15, 2010 at 09:26 AM

Looks like Tom Clancy's elite future warfare unit won't be taking the safeties off their guns any time soon.

Ubisoft announced the delay for Ghost Recon: Future Soldier and Driver: San Francisco in an earnings release today. This marks the second official delay for both titles, as the company previously delayed the titles from 2010 to 2011. No reasons were given for the latest prolongment, but if there are no other unforeseen roadblocks the titles should reach store shelves sometime between April 2011 and March 2012.

Future Soldier senior community developer Kimi Matsuzaki said people who purchased Splinter Cell: Conviction earlier in the year will still be able to participate in a Ghost Recon beta, but that it will happen closer to the launch window.
