Hulu Plus Open To All PSN Members Next Week
Joining the growing assortment of platforms that host the service, next week all U.S. PlayStation 3 owners will be able to catch Hulu Plus offerings on their console. Hulu Plus was previously available through an invitation-only offering for PlayStation Plus subscribers, but will now be open to all PlayStation Network members.
This marks the PlayStation 3 as the only gaming console to host Hulu Plus, although Hulu marks the service as “coming soon” to the Xbox 360.
It’s key to remember that Hulu Plus itself is a premium offering, dishing out popular TV programs on demand for $9.99 a month. Currently Hulu Plus is compatible with personal computers, portable Apple devices, and various television brands in addition to the PlayStation 3.
