NBA 2K11 Adds 3D Support On PS3

2K Sports and developer Visual Concepts are getting on the PS3's 3D bandwagon with a retail re-release of the game and a free patch in 2011.

A new PS3 retail release of the game featuring 3D functionality will be available only at Best Buy on November 16. Although you can play this version in normal 2D, you naturally need a 3D-capable TV and glasses to enjoy this feature.

If you already own the game, you will be able to get 3D functionality via a free downloadable patch in January.
