Nathan Drake's Next Adventure Coming In Print

Del Rey Books has announced that it's publishing a book based on Uncharted. The book, titled Uncharted: The Fourth Labyrinth, is being written by Christopher Golden for a fall 2011 release.

In the new story, hero Nathan Drake will travel from the remnants of Crete to China as he searches for the legendary labyrinth of Daedalus. Let's hope Drake remembers to pack a GPS; that maze is supposed to be a little tricky to negotiate.

Golden is known for his work on the novels The Ferryman, Strangewood, The Gathering Dark, and The Body of Evidence series. Additionally, he has written the scripts for two Buffy the Vampire Slayer video games, and several books and comics related to Joss Whedon's series. In other words, he's a great fit for Uncharted's mix of light banter and high-stakes action.
