THQ Announces Fantastic Pets For Kinect

by Annette Gonzalez on Oct 21, 2010 at 08:15 AM

Treading on Kinectimals territory, THQ has announced Fantastic Pets for Kinect.

Fantastic Pets is the first augmented reality game for Xbox 360 putting players on screen. You'll start with four animals: dog, cat, horse, and lizard that can transform into different creations like unicorns and dragons. Movements and voice commands will let players appear aside their creations and can interact with them using movements and voice commands (kind of sounds like PlayStation's EyePet). Fantastic Pets is under development by Blitz Games Studios, the team working on Kinect Launch title The Biggest Loser Ultimate Workout.

Fantastic Pets will be available for Kinect March 2011.
