Gran Turismo 5 Delayed Yet Again

Sony has announced that the oft-delayed racing sim Gran Turismo 5 is getting at least one last postponement before its release. Perhaps in a nod to tradition, the game is being pushed back from its November 2 release date--announced at E3--to a release sometime this holiday season.

"We sincerely apologize to GT fans for the delay, however, creator Kazunori Yamauchi and the team at Polyphony Digital want to make certain they are creating the perfect racing experience, and we are confident that this ambitious game will exceed expectations when it launches," wrote Taku Imasaki, a Sony producer, on the official PlayStation blog.

Perfect racing experience, you say? I guess we can wait a bit longer for that.
