Rabbids Cartoon From Wallace And Gromit Creators In The Works

We can't think of a better studio to take on a cartoon version of Ubisoft's boisterous Rabbids than Aardman, the company behind the outstanding Wallace and Gromit animation. Turns out the rumors were true, as official confirmation of the collaboration just showed up in our inbox.

The agreement heralded in a press release is for a pilot video to be followed by several animated shorts. Ubisoft and Aardman will jointly produce the pieces.

Aardman had previously worked with Ubisoft on Rabbids material for the Raving Rabbids Travel In Time website.

The Rabbids and Wallace and Gromit are both great in a zany physical comedy kind of a way. I will watch the heck out of anything that comes out of this partnership. Who's with me?
