Grab Geometry Wars: Touch For Less Than A Buck
Bizarre Creations’ Geometry Wars is one of the purest distillations of fun ever, which is why the following story is what we call in the business “good news.” Activision has announced that Geometry Wars: Touch is on sale for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch for $.99 through the iTunes store. The game includes familiar modes Deadline, King, Evolved, Pacifism, Waves, Sequence, and a new one, Titans.
There’s no telling how long this price will be sticking around, especially since Activision isn’t…telling. All they’re saying is that it’s 99 cents for “a limited time only.” Are we talking about minutes? Hours? Days? Epochs?
At any rate, it’s less that a buck, and it’s a great way to pass the time while you’re waiting for a bus, killing time in a line, or pretending that you’re paying attention to what’s being said during a Game Informer issue meeting. Not that we would dare provide anything less than our undivided attention when Andy Mac is ranting about…whatever it is he blabs about during those things.
