Will Valkyria Chronicles 3 Be Revealed At Tokyo Game Show?
Last week we reported that Sega had reserved the website URL valkyria3.jp. Now there's a new teaser site hinting heavily at a third game in the Valkyria Chronicles series.
The site code1935.jp is not currently tied to Sega as far as we know, but it contains a teaser image that sure looks a lot like characters and weaponry in the style of Valkyria Chronicles. In addition to the visual similarities, astute visitors have noted that 1935 is the year that Valkyria Chronicle's Second European War begins.
The teaser image suggests a reveal on September 16, which just happens to coincide with the beginning of this year's Tokyo Game Show, a likely place for a new game announcement. More importantly, September 16 is also my birthday. Here's hoping Sega is preparing a very special birthday present for me.
