Black Ops Offline Multiplayer Confirmed
Black Ops' new wager system sounds awesome, but what if you're not good enough to compete with the online crowd? You're in luck: A new offline multiplayer mode featuring AI bots should whip you into shape.
Treyarch recently told Kotaku that the new offline multiplayer mode is designed to help new players get used to Call of Duty's frantic style of multiplayer gameplay, as well as learn the ins and outs of the new maps. We're guessing the AI bots will probably pale in comparison to human opponents, but it sounds like yet another cool addition Treyarch is adding to the franchise. If the company really wants to prepare gamers for online warfare though, the AI bots should spout offensive racial slurs every time they shoot you.
