Trials HD Studio Working On WiiWare Racer

by Matt Helgeson on Sep 01, 2010 at 07:10 AM

Redlynx's Trials HD is one of the addictive (and frustrating) Xbox Live Arcade experiences to date, so it's good news for Wii owners that the company has revealed that its working on Wild Wheels, an action/racing title slated to hit sometime during the last part of 2010 or early 2011.

The game will feature the side-scrolling, real physics based action that made Trials HD a hit, but in a more kid-friendly, kart racing influenced style. Up to four players can tackle over 100 race levels that feature over-the-top obstacles and other interactive objects like ski lifts, rolling beach balls, and falling logs. It's a recipe for chaos of the most fun variety.

Wild Wheels will feature a number of modes, including Story, four-player Party Rally, and Time Attack.
