Master Chief Is Doing Commercials?

No, the legendary Spartan hasn't sold out. You wouldn't know it from watching this phone advertisement, though. It features an armored space marine with a suspicious resemblance to the hero of the Halo series.

In what is certainly no coincidence, just as anticipation for Halo: Reach is reaching a fever pitch, this commercial for the Samsung Galaxy S phone hits. Watch the video below and marvel at the shameless attempt to make gamers think that Master Chief endorses a specific mobile device.

Of course, the real Master Chief is too busy being awesome and shooting stuff to use a phone. If he has something to tell you, he'll lob a note attached to a plasma grenade.
