Another Burger King Game Coming To 360?

by Joe Juba on Aug 27, 2010 at 06:47 AM

After a surprising and successful joint promotion back in 2006, Burger King and Microsoft are joining forces again to bring another King-related game to the Xbox 360 – but this time it's for Kinect.

We already knew that Burger King and Microsoft had struck another deal. According to a listing on Goozex, the new project is called Burger King Kinect: The First-of-its-kind Entertainment Experience So You Can Have It Your Way. Hopefully that's just a working title, but other details about the game are also listed. Apparently, the project includes "a series of fun-filled game experiences (this time using the Kinect sensor) featuring famous Burger King characters."

The description doesn't stop there. In fact, it gets even more ridiculous: "[T]his next endeavor of human triumph now uses the revolutionary powers of the Kinect motion sensor to give YOU, the player, the power to experience virtual burger consumption satisfaction like no planet of the solar system has in all of history!!"

A disclaimer at the bottom of the listing also reads: "NOTE: This promotion has not been officially announced to be an actual videogame."

I'll admit, I loved Sneak King. It wasn't the best game – or even a good one – but it charmed me with its absurdity. For better or worse, this new Burger King project is currently my most anticipated Kinect title (assuming it is even a game), but I don't know if that's good for me or Kinect.
