Watch Cole MacGrath Pick Up & Throw Cars In This Stunning Infamous 2 Footage
New Marais is the setting for Infamous 2, and at Gamescom 2010 developer Sucker Punch showed off the game in action, culminating in Cole taking out a new creature named the Ravager.
Cole starts out in New Marais' swamp-lands battling a local militia that has risen up to fight the creatures that are coming out of the swamps. The game looks fast and smooth, and the footage (posted by Gameworld.gr) shows off the game's new destructible environments as well as Cole's finishing moves.
After dispatching the militia, Cole emerges into the Cathedral district where a Ravager emerges from the ground and bears down on our hero with everything it's got, including stampede charges, spore attacks, and the ability to tunnel underground. Not to be outdone, Cole proceeds to pick up cars on the street and chuck them at the creature...
