Today Activision has released new details about the Nintendo DS version of Call of Duty: Black Ops that will be developed by n-Space. The team has produced the DS versions of CoD 4, World at War, and Modern Warfare: Mobilized.

"Call of Duty: Black Ops for the Nintendo DS is going to take the handheld Call of Duty experience to a new level," said Dan O'Leary, studio head of n-Space. "From taking the controls of an attack helicopter to flying an experimental stealth fighter jet, players will have a wealth of new features to utilize."

The DS Call of Duty will feature six-player online multiplayer mode with a new Perks System, two-player Co-Op, plus Arcade and Challenge Modes where you'll be able to replay single-player missions for additional achievements.

We'll provide more details on the handheld iteration of the upcoming CoD as they become available.
