XBLA Version Of Plants Vs. Zombies Getting Co-Op, Versus

We've known since last month that PopCap's fantastic Plants vs. Zombies would be coming to Xbox Live Arcade, but new achievement details reveal that it might not be a straight port. Over at Xbox360Achievements, they've released a new achievements list that makes the inclusion of Versus and Co-Op fairly obvious.

One is appropriately titled "Versus vs. Versus" and is rewarded for a five-game winning streak in Versus mode. Another, "ZFF's4 Evr," is unlocked by "bowling a winner with a friend in Co-Op Wall Nut Bowling." While that achievement description confirms the existence of the mode, it sounds more like a minigame than anything else.

No release date or pricing details have been announced as of yet for Plants vs. Zombies on XBLA.
