NFL Legend Continues EA Lawsuit
Jim Brown, the man some call the greatest football player of all time, says he's going to appeal a court's decision on behalf of Electronic Arts.
In 2008, Brown and Herb Adderly sued the Madden NFL maker for including a player in the game resembling Brown (including his number), even though the player in question wasn't using his name.
Last year US district court judge Florence-Marie Cooper dismissed the suit, but Brown remains undeterred. And if there's one thing that we've all seen (including the Nazis in The Dirty Dozen), it's that you simply do not get in this man's way.
