Hulu On PlayStation 3 For PSN Plus Subscribers Only
Yesterday, we brought you the news that Hulu Plus would be making its way to systems like the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and iPad, but it looks like the service might cost more than we’d care to pay.
We already knew that all of the video content on Hulu would only be available to Xbox Live Gold subscribers, but today rumors surfaced that PlayStation 3 owners would also have to pay for Sony’s new PlayStation Plus subscriptions to get Hulu on their PS3.
As Joystiq pointed out, the HTML source for the Hulu Plus device’s page includes the following fine print "Note: you must be a subscriber of the Playstation Plus Network."
Sure Hulu is great for getting your It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia fix, but do gamers want to pay the $9.99 monthly Hulu Plus service fee in addition to PlayStation Plus or Xbox Live? Details about Hulu Plus are still getting worked out, so hopefully we’ll hear more news about this service shortly.
