Rabbids Change History In New Wii Exclusive
Ubisoft announced the new Rabbids game at its press conference via an amusing pre-rendered trailer. From flicking a Bic to tease a primeval man struggling to create fire to startling the sculptor putting the finishing touches on the Sphinx's nose, the monosyllabic rodents are up to their usual shenanigans.
Possibly showing the gameplay hook, the final scene saw the Rabbids and their magical time-traveling laundry machine holding the blade of Excalibur as it sat lodged in a rock above them, thwarting Arthur's attempts to free the sword. After the Rabbids got bored and moved along, a swarthy peasant crone came by and drew the legendary weapon. The final scene of the trailer showed a storybook being re-written to tell the tale of a down-on-her-luck old lady uniting England under her banner. Could this be the core of the Rabbids' newest adventure?
The Rabbids' trademark art style and gloriously absurd vocals were front and center throughout the video, so fans of the series will be sure to find much to love here. We'll be sure to post more information as it becomes available.
