Ozzy Bites The Head Off Rock Band With New DLC

by Matt Helgeson on Jun 07, 2010 at 10:50 AM

Ozzy Osbourne will make his long-awaited debut on Rock Band with a six pack of songs to be released on June 15. That's the good news. The bad news is that these might not be the classic tracks that fans have been hoping for. Instead of mining his classic Randy Rhodes era for material, this DLC pack features three tracks from his upcoming album Scream. The new songs include the album's first single, "Let Me Hear You Scream" as well as "Soul Sucker" and "Diggin' Me Down". The pack is rounded out with three back catalog songs: "Crazy Babies" (from 1988's No Rest For the Wicked), "No More Tears" (from the 1991 album of the same name), and "I Don't Wanna Stop (from 2007's Black Rain). The tracks are available for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Wii.

The new tracks will release the same day as the new album, and will showcase Ozzy's new guitarist Gus G.
