LittleBigPlanet 2 FAQ Clarifies Queries
Information about LittleBigPlanet 2 has been spreading like wildfire, and amidst the flurry of talk some questions about Media Molecule’s ambitious sequel have cropped up. The LBP 2 team has answered questions involving purchased costumes and cross-compatible levels.
According to the FAQ, costumes purchased for LBP 1 will work just fine with the second game. Because LBP 2 uses a more advanced graphics engine, however, costumes for the second game won’t work in the first. The team is trying to ensure everything collected from LBP 1 works in the sequel, including stickers, decorations, and DLC. They’re confident that everything old will work in the new game except glitched items.
The soothing voice of the first game’s narrator, Stephen Fry, will return for the sequel.
