Dark Void Zero Blasting Onto iPhone And PC

by Tim Turi on Apr 07, 2010 at 09:30 AM

Shortly after Dark Void hit consoles, an 8-bit version of the game hit DSiWare. This synthetic retro title harkened back to Capcom’s heyday, creating a faux history for the company’s new IP. For those that don’t indulge in DSiWare, the adventures of jetpack-wearing Rusty are headed to the iPhone and PC.

Dark Void Zero’s iPhone and PC versions will receive new online features. PC users can get achievements on Steam, and iPhone owners can obtain their false sense of accomplishment via OpenFeint. Online leaderboards will also be available to track scores and speed runs for gamers who insist on flying close to the sun.

This version of Dark Void Zero also features a brand new ending, something enticing for those who’ve beaten the original.

Dark Void Zero can be yours for PC or iPhone on April 12. Be sure to click here for additional Dark Void Zero coverage.
