ESRB Rates Star Wars: Dark Forces For PSN
Before the FPS market was riddled with Medal of Honor clones, it was packed with Doom clones. One of the better imitations of the classic id title was Dark Forces, an FPS set in the Star Wars universe. A recent ESRB rating of the 1995 title reveals that the title is on its way to the PlayStation Network.
The listing confirms that Kyle Katarn’s teen-rated quest to help the Rebel alliance will be hitting the PlayStation 3 and PSP. I popped this game in for the PlayStation not too long ago, and was surprised by how much fun I had with it. Let’s hope that the controller takes advantage of both analog sticks like the 360 Doom and Duke Nukem ports.
