The Making Of A Cover: Game Infarcer Edition

In addition to crazy news stories that no one could ever possibly believe, one of the recurring features of the annual Game Infarcer section is a cover image showcasing a made-up game. If you've ever wondered about how that comes together, you're in luck.

For the last several years, we've hired Zander Cannon over at Big Time Attic to handle the illustration for the cover. Not only is he a fantastic artist and all-around cool dude – he's also a gamer, which means that he understands the jokes and what's supposed to be funny about them. This has lead to some excellent images in previous years, but this year's cover (featuring the non-existent BioShock 3) is my favorite in Game Infarcer history.
