UPDATE: New 2D Worms Game Coming To Steam
UPDATE: The "new" PC Worms game heading to Steam is actually a port of the Xbox Live Arcade game Worms 2: Armageddon. A tweet from Team 17 said "To clear up a
little confusion, just one PC Worms title coming to Steam, it will be
called 'Worms Reloaded' - More information forthcoming!" Mystery solved.
ORIGINAL STORY: Because they’re simply can’t be too many iterations of the classic 2D Worms games, another entry in the series is heading to PCs. Steam users will soon be treated to Worms Reloaded according to a tweet from Team 17’s Martyn Brown.
Nothing is known about this game beyond the fact that it exists, but we have a strong feeling that you know what to expect. There will probably be some worm-on-worm combat with uzis, shotguns, bombs, and maybe some exploding sheep. More on this as it develops.
