EA Expands Salt Lake Studio For New Project

by Annette Gonzalez on Feb 25, 2010 at 08:52 AM

Electronic Arts is expanding with a new development team in its Salt Lake City location to work on an unannounced "groundbreaking" project.

“We’re truly thrilled to expand into Salt Lake City and what is becoming a growing and dynamic video game development scene,” said Ben Bell, executive producer at EA. “We’re looking to fill several critical leadership positions on an exciting new project.”

EA is moving into a new, larger space to make room for a bigger staff in downtown Salt Lake City, a city already home to the dev teams that work on EA's Littlest Pet Shop and Nerf franchises.

Any guesses on what this new project could be?
