BioWare Working On Unannounced PS3 Title

by Annette Gonzalez on Jan 28, 2010 at 08:30 AM

With the release of Dragon Age: Origins, BioWare finally made its PS3 debut. According to CEO Ray Muzyka, it could be the first of many games for the console.

"…PS3 for Dragon Age was exceptionally fun to do, and I can tell you we’re working on more unannounced PS3 projects right now," Muzyka said in an interview with NowGamer.

Muzyka said that even though the team has had more experience working with the Xbox 360, particularly with their work on Mass Effect, Dragon Age was better received on Sony’s console.

"The PS3 seems to be favorite among many Dragon Age fans. It represents advantages over 360, and 360 represents advantages over PS3 in some ways. We obviously have a great amount of affection for 360 and we’re going to continue to develop for that. I think Mass Effect 2 demonstrates you can still push the envelope even further on 360 and we’re excited about the future of that platform – and PS3 for that matter. They’re both good platforms at the end of the day."

Any idea what BioWare might have in mind for the PS3? Will Mass Effect 3 make its way to the PlayStation?
